[XeTeX] Segmentation fault in xdvipdfmx

I have noticed just now that on windows, it does not crash, but
exits silently without doing a job.
Virxetex seems not to run, while inixetex is able to make formats.
It is quite possible that is my fault in build process.
I'll try to rebuild tonight.
