[XeTeX] Problematic TOC

Thanks for the reply. Well, I did compile the file through xelatex, not latex and that's why I posted here. Do you have some special recommendations or objections regarding mentioned lines? And yes, there are xelatex related lines later in the "Fonts" section in the file.
