Use the "unstable" GNU Emacs version 23.0.60. This one *is* Unicode  
based. One place to get it is: http://ourcomments.org/Emacs/ 
EmacsW32.html or http://ourcomments.org/Emacs/Emacs.html. AUCTeX is  
not integrated.
