[XeTeX] Error with XeTeX on using with moderncv

inputenc shouldn't be used with xelatex, but fontenc is harmless.
You can load it as often as you want with all options you like
(fontspec is loading it too). You should only load fontspec (or
xltxtra) after any call to fontenc so that the active text encoding
is EU1.
