[XeTeX] Error with XeTeX on using with moderncv

 From the moderncv.cls we find:

> % fontenc package
> \RequirePackage[T1]{fontenc}

as well as:

> % symbols like \Telefon, \Mobilefone, \Letter and \Email
> \RequirePackage{marvosym}
>
> % extended characters of T1 in .ps + other guillemets
> %\RequirePackage{ae,aecompl,aeguill}
