[XeTeX] Errors upon first Install

I dont understand a thing you are saying. I have fontconfig program and no
libfontconfig program.

fc-list | grep -i torun returns nothing. Is there a easier way to
communicate other than e-mail, Like a forum or IRC chat. I need this working
badly.
