[XeTeX] Issue with Arabic Typography

I'm running XeTeX 3.141592-0.996-patch1 on Linux.

I've included the three relevant files, all in the same directory and
run with the command xelatex kashidatest.

I'm sure I'm just missing something very obvious here.
