[XeTeX] Issue with Arabic Typography

Maybe I'm missing something here, but I have tried \input and
\usepackage and both methods halt xelatex and produce errors. The error is

> l.25 \setclass \A {0622,0623,0625,0627}

I can't see why this is not working. Any thoughts?
