[XeTeX] xelatex + beamer + fontspec: result is not as expected

Because beamer defaults to using the sans family. I guess the "beamer  
way" to change this would be to say

   \usefonttheme{serif}

though I haven't tried this myself. Personally, I just do

   \setsansfont[Mapping=tex-text]{Optima}

or whatever....
