It's even better than that: if you say 
\newfontfamily\MyFont[Scale=1.4]{My Font}
will cause relative scaling so that text
in \MyFont following a command like \Large
will be 1.4 times the size of ordinary
\Large text.  Since that may not be what one
wants I thought it should be pointed out.
