[XeTeX] Justifying text in a paragraph and hyphenating long words in a Devanagari document

Hello Ravi.
Polyglossia can do want you want, but you have to tell it that your
text is in sanskrit:
\setdefaultlanguage{sanskrit}
and to define a Sanskrit font:
\newfontfamily\sanskritfont[RawFeature={Conjuncts=Additional
Conjuncts}]{Devanagari MT}
Polyglossia will load Sanskrit hyphenation patterns and your text
should look like you wish.
Please try the modified version of your sample file which is attached
below.
