[XeTeX] Comments on use of font licenses text copy?

I need to clarify: no new font is created, just I review and analyse some 
fonts and would like to embed the exact previously mentioned license texts 
along with the references to their sources in my pdf. The question is somewhat 
"is there an amount of will and money to make me convicted for that?"
