[XeTeX] most basic example with htxelatex

It's original author died unexpectedly this summer, but it seems that
initial XeLaTeX support was built-in
(http://tug.org/applications/tex4ht/mn-commands.html#QQ1-9-47).

I'll subscribe to the mailing list and report the bug there.
