[XeTeX] hyperref 6.79n breaks xetex's (xdvipdfmx) ability to set proper page dimensions (and overrides page dimensions on pdftex)

But Akira wrote "xdvipdfmx gives UTF16-encoded PDF strings if the
encoding is UTF-8.". 

I thought that means that utf8 in the xdv leads to (correct) utf16
in the pdf and so that the unicode-option of hyperref is actually
not needed because xdvipdfmx takes care.
