[XeTeX] Polyglossia installation

Hello!

Have someone installed polyglossia recently? As it seems to be
recommended against babel, I would like to use it.
I'm having some problems to install it, though, as when I run the "xetex
polyglossia.dtx" on the downloaded file (hosted here),
it begins generating files and halts on this :

Maybe a dependency problem?
