[XeTeX] XeTeX isuue in TL09 (related to PSTricks and PGF/TIKZ packages)

Yes, But if you remember I said that "I will do a test on my Ubuntu machine"
and the version of ghostscript on my ubuntu machine is 8.64 and the one in
fedora is 8.70. However this isuue had nothing to do with the version of
ghostscript. I have no issue anymore. I just fixed it .
