[XeTeX] Egyptian hieroglyphs in XeTeX

According to http://www.unicode.org/charts/ there are no Unicode code points
for Egyptian Hieroglyphs. However, according to 

http://www.egpz.com/resources/unicode.htm

"Basic Egyptian  Hieroglyphs will be published with Unicode 5.2 (expected October  2009)."

Thus, it is almost impossible or at least very difficult to find such a font.
