[XeTeX] Lucida Math Std in XeTeX

Is it not a mess to key in the math expressions directly in UTF-8 as  
done with non-Roman text scripts?  I don't know of any keyboard layout  
that permits this, even if someone thinks it would be a good idea.   
The easier way would be to use XeLaTeX and regular LaTeX macros, but I  
don't know of any package that allows one to use Adobe's Lucida Math.   
If one purchases the Lucida fonts (or math fonts) sold by PC TeX (http://www.pctex.com/Lucida_Fonts.html 
), they supply the necessary packages as well.  This solution also can  
cause problems in my experience because journal editorial staffs do  
not like it when authors use such packages or fonts.
