Yep, you're right. I was having trouble using sudo fmtutil-sys (it simply said 
it couldn't find the command). Still, I had to modify the fmtutil.cnf 
manually, which is somewhat annoying (but I guess that just me here, not a 
problem in general). I got it all figured out now. Thanks!
