Hi Juan,

fontspec is only designed to select the text font of a document. I'm  
afraid that there are very few maths font available, and there is  
little support for them yet. Andrew Moschou has written a nice package  
called "mathspec" that can be used to fake the maths font, which might  
be good enough for your purposes; it's available on a CTAN near you.
