Hi!
I have implemented the following:
\def\bold{"#1/B:script=#2;#3;mapping=#4;embolden=3;letterspace=3"}
to artificially produce bold text (embolden, letterspace parameters)
when there is not a bold font available.
Is there something similar that can be done to produce italic text?
