[XeTeX] GID-only

[Rembrandt Wolpert]

Adobe's Garamond Premier Pro has many italic upper-case swash-letters which
are not accessible through the "Contextuals" option, since they have no
unicode allocation. They only have a GID. Is there a way to include them in
xe(la)tex? Any hint would be welcome.

PS. I can (only) access the Q and &, and lower case alternates via the
alternate option.
