[XeTeX] encoding radicals in traditional Chinese

Or you could try the utility he mentions: http://www.fileformat.info/tool/unicodeinput/index.htm

Do the Chinese input methods on Windows not provide ways to enter  
these radicals? I don't know anything about them, but I would have  
thought there should be an option somewhere there.
