[XeTeX] various problems with ArabXeTeX

1) Add the following code to the permeable of your document:

2) You are mot probably using latest version of bidi but that is not a
problem put this code again at permeable of your document:

\makeatother

3) I am afraid, I can not help you unless you send your TeX document and its
output.

Note: From my perspective, Arabxetex is intended for people who can not
write in the language, but if you can, then  polyglossia or xepersian would
be a better choice.
