Your list looks good. Everything seems to be at the newest version. My
graphicx.sty is not younger ;-). The main work for graphicx is done in
the driver files like xetex.def. The core files don't have to change
much.
Check at the start of the log-file the version of the binaries. If this
is new too, I would say you can go on.
(I have: This is XeTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.2-0.999.7 (MiKTeX 2.7))
