[XeTeX] xdvipdfmx 0.7 doesn't like my map files

Note that "program name" is changed from "dvipdfm" to "dvipdfmx"
in the latest dvipdfmx and xdvipdfmx-0.7.
Thus the config file dvipdfmx.cfg should be moved into
$TEXMF/dvipdfmx/config/

The option -r is ignored and ot1r encoding is not supported.
