[XeTeX] [XeLaTeX-MikTeX 2.7] compilation error with french characters

Using MikTeX 2.7 I installed them in

    C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.7\tex\xelatex\polyglossia

and get the following compile error...

! LaTeX Error: File `polyglossia.sty' not found.  :O?
