[XeTeX] [XeLaTeX-MikTeX 2.7] compilation error with french characters

Thanks for the clarification Arthur. Reading the product's extensive
documentation it's clear the author developed it with great care and
to the benefit of all concerned. Thus the shareware option was an
understandable one - asking to be paid for one's efforts.
Unfortunately he's somehow been rather negligent about how this option
would affect the community after he would pass away. A tricky
situation indeed.
