  I don't think so, but in any case it's not a good idea to use either
of these packages with XeTeX, because they have never been adapted to
XeTeX, and will, potentially, break things that fontspec and xunicode do.

  There is an ongoing effort by François Charette to write a XeTeX-aware
package behaving like Babel, called polyglossia.  You might want to look
into it, although it probably doesn't offer all the features of
frenchpro.  As far a the latter is concerned, there is, unfortunately,
no perspectives on its future, for obvious reasons.
