[XeTeX] Optimizing pdf?

Not sure if you're referring to PDF optimization or not.  The PDF output
should already be optimized for printing---on your own printer or
shipped off to something like Lulu for printing.

If you're referring to the "Optimized PDF" layout of a PDF file, that is
optimized for viewing over the Web, not printing.  It arranges the PDF
file such that one page at a time can be downloaded, in a stream.
However, this is actually not optimized for storage or printing.  It
makes the file size grow a bit, at the cost of being able to make pages
in the document be a little bit more free-standing from each other.

If I am not hitting the nail on the head for you, please clarify.
