[XeTeX] xelatex.fmt missing

Did you have an old xelatex.fmt ? I encountered this problem recently on
a 64-bit machine, and after that I noticed that I couldn't rebuild the
format file on a 32-bit on which I had been using xetex for months. 

I worked around the problem by building a SVN version of texlive-bin
