[XeTeX] warnings with Polyglossia

This is pure coincidence: french at font is defined internally but should 
be the same as your main font by default, it's just that I have not 
added the appropriate code in all *.ldf files yet. So this is a 
temporary state of thing that should disappear eventually. I simply did 
not have time to devote to polyglossia lately. I hope this will change 
soon so I can upload the first usable version to CTAN (with 
documentation!) in due time for integration in TeXLive 2008.

You only need \setmainfont

But in general if you want a specific font for language <language> or 
script <script>, then you can do

\newfontfamily\<script>font{...}
or 
\newfontfamily\<language>font{...}
