[XeTeX] PSTricks and XeTeX in MiKTeX2.7

Could be a MiKTeX bug. I have not problems with pstricks using
XeTeX under linux.

XeTeX 3.1415926-2.2-0.998.1
xdvipdfmx-0.6

But these are very recent releases from SVN. I don't know if there
were problems in the past.
