[XeTeX] Textbullet problem

That's the size of the bullet in the Latin Modern fonts. Nothing to do  
with XeTeX. Try this instead:

\documentclass{report}
\usepackage{lmodern}
\usepackage{textcomp}
\begin{document}
\textbullet aaa
\end{document}

And comment out "\usepackage{textcomp}". Same difference.
