[XeTeX] pstricks in xelatex

I tried the same example on linux, This is a part where MiKTeX has problem
with it:

after this point it gives the error, obviously MiKTeX can not detect the
name of the dvi file.

The Corresponding log in Linux is:

So in linux, xdvipdfmx, can detect the file name (test.xdv).

So maybe the resaon of getting error in MiKTeX is that, xdvipdfmx can not
detect the name of the dvi file so it can not convert it to a pdf.
