[XeTeX] pstricks with xelatex o Miktex

Not a good idea. Miktex has a special dvipdfmx which calls the
ghostscript from miktex while in the above dvipdfmx the gs for linux is
used. If xdvipdfmx can't find the dvipdfmx.cfg (it does here) it is
better to move the original of miktex.
