[XeTeX] caption problem with polyglossia

Thanks heaps. Most of those problems go away except the name of the author
since there is no updated version of bidi.

with version 745 of XeTeX SVN, the text and the footnote rule would not
overlap.

This is the PDF output that I compiled with version 745 of XeTeX SVN:

However with version 747 of XeTeX SVN the text does overlap the footnote
rule:
