[XeTeX] Small bug found in xdv2pdf

Hello.  I've stumbled across a bug in xdv2cpp's doFontDef() routine.   
fr was not NULL, but fr->cmap was NULL.  I'm not sure if I've put the  
not-NULL test at the right level below, but it at least identifies the  
location.
