[XeTeX] [OT?] "Optimized" PDFs?

Is there a way to generate so-called "optimized" PDFs with XeTeX? Just
wondering, because every time I look at the properties of a document
that I create with XeTeX, the properties sheet says that the PDF is not
"optimized." Additionally, what /precisely/ is an optimized PDF
compared to a non-optimized PDF?

	Thanks!
	Mike
