[XeTeX] Opentype fonts with vrt2 + linux

  I guess it's the same result as in the file he sent yesterday: the
Latin letters are rotated by some OpenType feature for vertical
typesetting, but they are not rotated back by the
[Vertical=RotatedGlyph] option of fontspec, which means they are set
upside down (and the Japanese characters are rotated 90° clockwise).
