[XeTeX] PDF files only sporadically included

dvipdfmx/contrib/latex in the dvipdfmx repository.

rename as
dvipdfmx.def.sample ---> dvipdfmx.def
color.sty.sample    ---> color.sty
graphics.sty.sample ---> graphics.sty

color.sty and graphics.sty (for graphics package)
enable the option [dvipdfmx].
