[XeTeX] Devanagari ligatures

People,

I've got problems with ligatures within the Devanagari. My source:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{fontspec, parskip}

\setmainfont{Sanskrit2003}

\begin{document}
रोमनलिप्याः देवनागरीलिप्याम् परिवर्तनम्
\end{document}

(Debian Lenny, texlive-xetex 2007.dfsg.1-2 3.141592-2.2-0.996-patch1)

The result is in the attachment (Ligatures py not build). I know
that with Devanagari it's the question if the Unicode font is
capable of building the ligatures, but Sanskrit2003 should be
(http://www.wazu.jp/gallery/views/View_Sanskrit2003.html).
The same problem comes with other ttf-fonts bundled in the
ttf-devanagari-fonts so that I think in my enviroment
it's a XeTex problem.
