[XeTeX] View glyph IDs under Windows

Hi, does anybody know of a program that shows a font's glyph ID/slot no.
(the argument of \XeTeXglyph, that is) *under Windows* (possibly including
[Cygwin] FontForge)?
I don't seem to be able to find one! (On my Mac, I have no problems: I
use Linotype FontExplorer X.)

(I need glyph IDs to [occasionally] access individual glyph variants.)
