[XeTeX] I can't include a gif image

I have one small note of caution to add: If your image is anything else than
a photograph, do not convert it to jpeg! Jpeg is a lossy format that will
create a lot of crap around sharp edges in your image. Try png instead --
it'll be lossless and a lot smaller than jpeg too for things like diagram
images.
