I think you found an error message 'Invalid fontname'.

\font \umirnine = 
"[d:/texfiles/outlfont/MinionPro-Regular]:+onum:mapping=tex-text:letterspace=1.5" at 9pt
will work.
BTW, It will be better not to use the file-name method.
