[XeTeX] vmargin package

Does the vmargin package work with XeLaTeX,
i.e. will the pdf pagesize be the one set with
vmargin?  The vmargin manual makes a point of
the fact that it works with the pdflatex package,
so I thought that maybe something hairy is
going on here...
