[XeTeX] how to use cid-x.map with xdvipdfmx

You cannot prevent xdvipdfmx from reencoding your fonts as CID-keyed,
if that's what you're asking. There is no support (yet) for including
fonts directly as OpenType. That requires PDF 1.6 output.
