FreeSans and FreeSerif have these, also the CJK fonts in Mac OS X
(because they are in the block of CJK Symbols and Punctuation), TITUS
Cyberbit. They probably do not belong into a Latin script document.

Compare these with (smaller) MATHEMATICAL LEFT/RIGHT ANGLE BRACKET (U
+27E8/27E9) which DejaVu and FreeMono have.

LEFT/RIGHT-POINTING ANGLE BRACKET (U+2329/232A) are in Latin Modern,
FreeMono, FreeSerif, Monospace, NimbusRoman and many more ...

If my theory of relativity is proven successful, Germany will claim
me as a German, and France will declare that I am a citizen of the
world. Should my theory prove untrue, France will say that I am a
German, and Germany will declare that I am a Jew.
