[XeTeX] pointing angle brackets

Mea culpa, You were right. DejaVu Sans Mono does not contain those characters.

Arial Unicode does.

Actually I was wrong a second time: Typographically correct woud be to
use U+3008 and U+3009. Those are the signs for angle brackets.
