[XeTeX] XeLaTex does *not* work with `thebibliography' in *beamer*

Dvipdfm needs an accompanying BB file to each graphics file to  
include JPEG, PNG, or PDF graphics files. The programme ebb comes  
with dvipdfm and does the job to extract the bounding box and write  
it into the BB file.
